For most problems you will probably be asked to change to your underwear. If you would be more comfortable wearing shorts for treatment you are welcome to bring your own. I have lots of towels and sheets to maintain dignity and keep you warm. For women a regular bra is preferable to a sports bra and it is advisable to tie up long hair.

Unless you are booking a specific treatment such as a pregnancy massage, a general appointment will be booked for you. During the first session you needs will be discussed and assessed and this will guide the treatment approach. If you are keen to try something specific, such as acupuncture, please advise at time of booking.

The clinic is based in Bannister Green, just outside the village of Felsted in north Essex. When you appointment is booked directions to the clinic will be given.

Appointments are generally up to 45 minutes, depending on your presentation and need. It is often as important not to over-treat an area as it is to treat.

So long as 24 hours notice is given to cancel a treatment there is no charge. Failure to give sufficient notice will incur the full session fee. Appointments can be managed yourself once a User Account has been set up.

There is a flat rate for all services, except Pregnancy Massage. The price will be confirmed at time of booking but is extremely competitive.
